​During each week long trip we:

​

• Examine, diagnose, and treat 150-200 patients in the clinic providing medications for infections, allergies, acid reflux and more

​

• Perform 70-90 surgeries including tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies, thyroidectomies, septoplasties, parotidectomies and removal of various masses, lesions and tumors in the head and neck

​

• Identify more patients in need of surgery than we can perform during that week and place them on a waiting list for the next trip

​

• Educate the Dominican hospital staff and personnel about diseases and treatments of the ear, nose, and throat.
