Our Team
Loyola University Medical Center’s Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery is a nationally recognized group of specialists and subspecialists providing general and tertiary care for diseases of the ear, nose, and throat in the Chicago suburb of Maywood, Illinois.
What We Do
The department’s humanitarian section is devoted to populations that have inadequate access to medical care. In the past, our physicians have volunteered in countries such as Dominican Republic, Haiti, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Mexico, Honduras, and Peru. We are currently focusing and devoting our efforts to send teams of surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to provide medical and surgical care to those in need in San Juan, Dominican Republic.
